Delete your PopCart account

You can delete your account here or in the app (Me → Account → Delete account). We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you.

What we delete

• Your name, email, phone number and Google sign-in link
• Your saved addresses and delivery notes
• Your notification tokens, and you're signed out on every device

What we keep

Records of orders you placed (items, amounts, payment and the delivery address used) are kept for accounting and tax as the law requires. They're no longer linked to your name, email or phone. Our privacy notice has the details.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
